On the Road and In the Community: New Mobile Outreach Services Vehicle is Here!
Senior & Disability Services (S&DS) is the designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA) serving Lane County, Oregon. As a designated AAA, we coordinate and offer services that help older adults live independently in their own homes or the community setting of their choice, as well as provide all members of the community, regardless of age, with services that are offered through the State of Oregon. S&DS provides services, information, and assistance to Lane County's older adult population, adults with physical disabilities, and their caregivers.
S&DS is working to reduce barriers to accessing our services throughout Lane County, meeting people where they live, work, and congregate and provide to them access to vital social services.
We are honored to be a recipient of the 2023 Community Benefit Initiative Grant from Trillium Community Health Plan. As part of this grant, S&DS is excited to announce that we have received a new, customized Mobile Outreach Services Vehicle. This vehicle will allow us to more easily meet community members where they are at while providing access to all S&DS services.

Our knowledgeable staff are available to speak to your group about our services or to table at your next event. We are continuously seeking opportunities to bring our services to partner locations. April 13th - Friends & Family Night at McMenamins North Bank
Join us on Monday, April 13th from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm at McMenamins North Bank in Eugene for a fun evening out that gives back to our community! When you dine, 50% of the night's sales will directly support our Senior Meals Program, helping provide nutritious meals and connection for older adults across Lane County. Bring your friends, bring your family, and enjoy great food and drinks while making a difference for our neighbors in need.
