  3. Agree to the subscription terms of use
  4. After submitting, you will receive a couple emails from Helcim. One of which is an email confirming your subscription which will also include a link RLID's customer portal.

If you set up any automatic payments through your bank or credit card, these must be canceled.

Contact us if there is a problem

What is changing

RLID customers will no longer receive paper invoices in the mail.

RLID customers will be able to update payment methods, see past transactions, and cancel a subscription without waiting for RLID Support. When the updated website is available, customers will be able to do these things without leaving RLID. During the transition, RLID customers will use the Customer Portal site provided by Helcim.

Who this apples to

This change applies to all RLID customers.
